Alzheimer: 2 years agoDealing with this with my grandmother – who really isn’t my grandmother but the shell of a body that was hers. Very sad to watch, and then sometimes funny.

One of my friends grandmother has alzheimers. He says that she sometimes mistakes him for someone else. I don’t know much about this subject. Can this really happen?
